So many of you have been Tweeting, calling, emailing. Okay, here's the story.

The Tofurkey experiment of 2009 is now history. It was prepared like a turkey, covered like a turkey, basted like a turkey, and cooked like a turkey. Stuffed, too, like a turkey. Verdict: not too bad at all. The extra Tofurkey gravy helped. Dinner was saved, and so was Christmas.

What Happens When The Truth is Told to Power

These little hellions have just been told the truth: they have been bad not only this year, but for many years. This Christmas: payback.

And at long last, here they all are, packaged and ready to be delivered, admired, thanked-for, and then tasted.

One Sunday afternoon

I decided today that for once, I would have my leaves raked before my yard-obsessed neighbor did his, so for a few blessed hours, my yard looks better. The leaves are from my neighbor's tree, too.

I listened to a beginning Buddha book on my iPod while raking, and tried to get into the moment. Well, it sort of worked, really. I was left not wanting anything (or something like that).

God wants me to sell you investments

Here's something no one has said yet

So why didn't any sports reporter anywhere notice that the world's greatest sports figure was having multiple affairs with multiple people all over the globe? I mean, when do we ever read anything about sports figures' lives except when they (1) are accused of taking steroids, (2) get a DWI, (3) get killed in a fight with their girlfriend, or (4) visit dying children in the hospital?
